Stan Braude, professor of practice in biology, studies animal life all over the world, including the naked mole rat in Kenya. He is working to understand their unique physiology and living conditions that leads to pain and cancer resistance and longevity. Braude also served as a Research Associate at Sokoine University in Morogoro, Tanzania in 2019 working in the Department of Pest Management.
