Jean Hunleth, PhD, MPH

Dr. Jean Hunleth is improving care for children with HIV. She is also conducting research on the informal care network of Zambian family members who tend to loved ones who are ill by accompanying them during their hospital stays. She is an assistant professor of surgery and instructor of anthropology in the School of Medicine. Dr. Hunleth served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Zambia and previously worked for the World Food Programme.
