Judi McLean Parks is the Reuben C. and Anne Carpenter Taylor Professor of Organizational Behavior in the Olin Business School. She teaches a course on biodiversity and social development in Madagascar through a partnership with the Missouri Botanical Garden. “The Madagascar Class,” as it is known, has led to a new school lunch program in the country and distributed feminine hygiene products to teenage girls so they can stay in school while menstruating.
