Africa Initiative Student Fellow

Abass Babatunde is a graduate student in the Masters in Public Health (MPH) program at the Brown School. He is interested in Infectious diseases prevention and evaluation of health intervention techniques for efficient use of resources and realization of impactful and sustainable health outcomes for the most in-need population. Originally from Nigeria, Abass previously worked with non-profit organizations in Nigeria, Benin Republic, Togo and Ghana on HIV prevention, treatment, support and care for migrants and the underserved populations. Abass works to support the Africa Initiative efforts and activities. We are thrilled to have him as this year’s fellow.
